There is no 'however' when it comes to applying logic. Evaluation, a keen sense of the leading indicators that must always be forefront of all considerations, is mitigation of the worst case scenarios, DEATH! Make no mistake, regardless of the operational context, operational fundamentals are universal. Understand that the first consideration is, YOURSELF. Your health and well-being, which informs how to consider those within your reach. Safety is what is done when no one is looking. The reason for safety is if emphasizes humans before product or service. The fundamental for safety is communications. Good comm starts subjectively, internally. Be clear eyed and honest with yourself before 'directing' anyone else anywhere.

In my experience, having the data to drive the decision making process is definitely a very important tool. Most importantly, developing a team that is skilled and knowledgeable to implement what the data is telling you needs adjusted threw calibration.

Actually I agree that intuitive mode is most suitable to simple routine or low risk decisions cos if used in high risk decisions it can cost the company to lose millions in revenue and running costs.

This displays a fundamental misunderstanding of the 'heart', what is referred to here as 'instinct, experience, and emotion'. Clarity is valuable when sharing anything to the collective. When we lack clarity, the benefits communicated are also murky. The 'heart' are the habituations embedded into our body, which, over 'time', become the VIRTUAL image of the mind, reflecting it. Critical reflection by mind in that image, allows tuning into being present. Our 'free will', in the Now, will activate our agency, like we are a magnet. Choose ' The draw' (open source, transparent communications, biocentrism, love), or 'The push'(anything internal or external that pushes out of being present-The Fear) Stay self-validated in Now, & choice is clear

As I said before, these modes can be applied in various contexts, including personal life, business, and organizational settings, and will depend on factors such as the urgency of the situation, the complexity of the problem, the stakeholders involved, and the organization's culture. Talking about Intuitive Decision-Making, if it is in an Entrepreneurship setting for example: Entrepreneurs often rely on intuition when making decisions about product design or market strategy. Or, if we talk about personal life: Deciding on a hobby or leisure activity may be driven by personal intuition and passion.

Without a shared understanding of any kind, communications becomes an elementary school yard joke. Communications occur best when the contrast is clear, transmitted in a fashion that a middle school child could understand. Secret anything breeds distrust, which is as corrosive as gossip. Ensure that there is a dedicated, consistent time for communications to be 100% open. Required for directly involved, optional for any associate ,or auxiliary interests. Keep challenges, goals, or intent up front, within everyone's ability to digest. Leave the 'titles' at the door. There should be a place dedicated to whatever brought everyone together, hold each other accountable. I recommend weekly, not less than bi-weekly. Unite, braid each rope strong.

Many times, changing a decision is harder than making the decision in the first place. In some cases, a directive mode is necessary to change a decision originally conceived with analytical, intuitive, and/or participative modes. Using the analogy of being hip deep in alligators when the decision was made is to drain the swamp.
