It is best practice to create a plan for what I am trying to achieve whether it is personal or business and I believe setting up for success with your partners is no different. Creating a well-laid-out plan so that you can visually see what you are driving towards and what the success of the program will look like will help you create the journey you are looking to achieve. By documenting your program and how partners can work with your organization, you are creating transparency and expectations that will define your program.

We have put processes in place to stay on top of case studies when projects are completed, places where employees can always find up-to-date enablement, and continuously think about demo creation/assets that will help grow our partnership footprint. We have also created a place internally where you can find all of the details about the partnership and ongoing learning opportunities. These resources are so important to your business but also important for your employees to stay enabled on the product.
