Para mi un buen mentor es alguien que ya ha logrado los resultados que yo busco, por un lado. Y por el otro es alguien que sabe transmitir, ense?arte o guiarte para que tú también lo logres! Entonces en mi caso al buscar miro ambas cosas, porque puede ser muy bueno en sus resultados pero no tener la habilidad de acompa?arte. Tiene que estar al servicio, tener la humildad y mostrarte también el camino de los obstáculos para que a ti te resulte más fácil recorrerlo. Los mejores mentores que yo he tenido y tengo son personas que no temen entregarte todo lo que saben y lo que son, inclusive pensando en que tú puedas llegar más lejos de lo que ellos llegaron!

Algo que a mí me ha resultado útil también al acercarme es mostrar mi total apertura al aprendizaje, mis deseos de estar cerca y conocer todo lo que pueda de como ellos han llegado al éxito y ponerlos en práctica.
