Entendo que um metodo muito interessante para que possamos avaliar a produtividade e a eficiência da empresa com uma precis?o muito maior que utilizando outros metodos. Como o valor é apurado sem os tributos e outras rubricas, fica muito mais fácil comparar o desempenho de empresas de diferentes localiza??o por exemplo. Mesmo sendo um indicador muito interessante e muito útil, existem algumas desvantagens que se relacionam a esse metodo, ao utilizar apenas o Ebitda como indicador de desempenho, o alcance de uma análise completa pode ser comprometida, pois neste metodo n?o observamos o fluxo de caixa futuro da empresa.
