How can you accommodate branding or logos in landscape photography?

Linkedin asked for my opinion: Don't do it! Don't accept "logo-creep". Landscapes should be free of brands and logos. There you go, that was not helpful.

Back in my student days I nearly built software to take an image and take the colours towards one or more target colours. So an image could be duotoned (for instance) into two brand colours. But I notice my camera has that facility.
