My example is about engagement and socialisation of change to a wider group and for perspective sharing of the role of the frontline, to other areas (almost literally in their shoes). I've been involved in a change program, where as a part of a walk-in transformation / change / what's new and coming up showcase session (for employees and leadership), we provided an experiential experience to show how engineers would be trained on safety scenarios, using VR. It was novel, engaging and helped to provide a wider sense of empathy for the role and importance of our frontline. There was of course only limited devices; however as this showcase went for a whole day, people could come back at a later time to participate in the experience.
