It can be a pretty difficult process to develop a web app without a design. Now you don't need to know a lot about design or even use a Figma (Although it's the best tool for the task) Sometimes you just need a guiding hand and Figma can be just too powerful. You can just design a basic wireframe of the website. Where the hero section is, where the info section is and etc. There are a lot of easy to use tools for this but I recommend Excalidraw. It's both free, easy to use and very powerful.
