In this era of constantly emerging fresh intelligence, such as Artificial Intelligence, it's vital to consistently stay updated with the latest developments.

I always feel confident and ready to present when I've studied my material, practiced my speech, believe in whatever topic I'm speaking about, and look my best.

I think we are entering and exciting time where Ai platforms can help improve speaking skill by first helping speakers improve content to insure that it is engaging and inspiring. I would use a tool like ChatGPT to evaluate the content of my speech and then provide suggestions by asking ChatGPT to "act as a professional speech coach and provide suggestions on how to make my speech more engaging.".

For me, Before the speech write your speech in a paper and try to correct the wordings by yourself. Then do rehearsals which I would say in my experience which makes the speech to be perfect. Do a rehearsal with your family and get real feedback if needed. While speaking in public make an eye contact to everyone.

On the other side through a class, you learn the ABC of public speaking and helps be organized and this in turn helps with the nervousness that many experience. One mindset trick that I always recommend is to reframe what many feel with public speaking. Instead of calling and viewing what many feel as fear or being nervous, start calling it a THRILL! You see all these emotions bring almost the same physical effects in the body. But a thrill is exciting and positive. Whereas nervousness is fear based and negative. It makes a world of difference.
