Considero que antes que definir objetivos es importante llegar a los insights, revelaciones sobre las que hay total concenso, los por qué detrás de las necesidades aparentes del usuario; además, foco en los outcomes, las situaciones futuras esperadas que inspiran todo lo el trabajo que se esta desarrollando. Estos dos conceptos actúan como polos a tierra dando al equipo puntos de referencia a los que regresar siempre que se persiba que se esta perdiendo el rumbo hacia la generación de valor, hacia la solución de las necesidades fundamentales y significativas de los usuarios y que junto a la viabilidad para la organización, son razón de ser de cada actuación.

Para contribuir en la construcción de equipos fuertes e infalibles, es necesario primero saber qué es lo que se necesita, se desea, cuales son los objetivos para dicho equipo. Estas respuestas detonarán los pasos a seguir para alcanzar dichos objetivos y necesidades. Estos pasos a seguir serán el acuerdo que se alcance con los miembros del equipo y resultarán en reglas y políticas que darán estabilidad y predictibilidad a sus miembros. Este será el camino a seguir para alcanzar en equipo los objetivos. Subiendo la moral de los integrantes y garantizando el éxito del proyecto.

Para que haya una verdadera comunicación, todos los elementos de la misma deberán estar presentes, debe haber terminales, canales, mensajes, partículas en movimiento, transmisor, receptor, acuse de recibo, respuestas... etc. una comunicación sana será aquella en la que la comunicación se transmita y se reciba de manera transparente. Estamos acostumbrados a comunicarnos agregando emociones e ideas que no se representan de manera correcta en la forma de comunicar que tendemos a interpretar lo que se nos comunica. una buena comunicación, efectiva, no se interpreta. En esta sociedad hemos aprendido a no preguntar para no parecer tontos. Es necesario hacer preguntas y responderlas hasta que la comunicación sea clara y solo así sera eficiente.

Desde mi punto de vista, es importante que con alguna frecuencia el equipo medite en los diferentes niveles de conflicto: El primero, es aquel en donde hay espacio para la discusión abierta y respetuosa entre las partes, el segundo, es aquel en donde una de las parte evita manifestar sus opiniones para evitar la confrontación directa, el tercero, es aquel en donde hay respuestas aireadas de alguna o todas las partes, el cuarto, es donde los involucrados buscan el beneficio personal sobre el del equipo, y el quinto, es donde las partes buscan concientemente afectar el desempe?o del otro. En la medida en que hay reflexión, se abre la posibilidad de que los diferentes actores autogestionen sus emociones, realciones e interacciones.

Celebrar los éxitos siempre sera importante, da sentido de trascendencia al equipo; ahora, si adicionalmente estos son producto de la autonomia, potencian aún más el desempe?o del equipo. Por ultimo, me gustaria agregar que las celebraciones estructuradas tienen el efecto psicologico de cierre de ciclo en los integrantes, de iteración, lo que contribuye intrínsecamente con la mejora continua del desempe?o grupal. Acelerando los resultados y llevando al equipo por el camino del alto desempe?o en un contexto de alta satisfacción.
