A linha tênue entre receita e despesas é que vai definir sobre o futuro da sua empresa ou seu futuro.

Siempre van a existir riesgos y oportunidades. Es importante definir que es lo qué cuido, que es lo que es importante, y crear un sistema que me permita resguardar eso que puede poner en riesgo eso que no quiero que sea da?ado, a propósito de el fin último de mi proyecto. Ante un riesgo hay detrás una excelente oportunidad de observar si eso que estoy cuidando es más importante que el objetivo final, o si cuidar esto es el objetivo final.

Muito útil para tal finalidade é preencher a FOFA/SWOT, nada mais é do que um instrumento de análise que permite indentificar pontos positivos e negativos, os positivos cabe refor?a-los e explora-los, os negativos por outro lado s?o onde mais aprendemos, s?o com eles que somos obrigados a desenvolver solu??es para suprir problemas previsíveis ou n?o. A matriz de SWOT nunca sai de moda e é essencial sua produ??o quando se fala em oportunidades e riscos.

Para melhorar a comunica??o o feedback periódico ajuda muito, por vezes um simples detalhe a ser ajustado faz com que o cliente se torne fiel e recomende a empresa.

Siempre intenta escuchar o recibir feedback 360 grados al respecto. El más desconectado puede ser quien más se conecte y siempre creará un entorno diverso para quien actúe como innovador. Tecnicas famosas: focus group, benchmarking, entrevistas y todas las que se puedan encontrar con mejores o iguales nombres.

No Brasil e em alguns outros países há benefícios tributários relacionados a P&D que podem ser considerados no plano de negócios.

Para quem n?o sabe para onde vai, qualquer caminho serve…(Lewis Carroll). Definir o objetivo é primordial para atingir o que deseja, um plano de negócio bem definido é uma ferramenta muito útil para chegar onde se deseja, mas caso n?o saiba utilizar a ferramenta de nada adiantará, desenvolva o plano como um texto que possui introdu??o, desenvolvimento e conclus?o. O que falta em muitos profissionais n?o é a iniciativa, mas sim, a terminativa.
