I might schedule gym time, or a run during the day, typically mid day to get the blood flowing and avoid the afternoon shutdown, on Thursdays there is hockey to play at noon, I get to connect with people AND get moving. On Tuesday's I take my daughter swimming, nothing else matters during that 60-90 minutes as I don't even bring my phone inside. Having small and large breaks in your day and your week will let you focus more during the time you have blocked to work!

I think because we lived in the middle of nowhere and it was a bigger deal than it seemed. That has become my go to reward for closing a deal, because really who doesn't love pizza, and it's fun, and not extravagant, but it still feels like a huge reward to me. Find that little thing you can do that makes life great and doesn't break the bank and when you meet a goal get that reward. have achievable reward tiers if you like, close a deal get a meal out, close 3 deals in a month get that thing off amazon you don't really need, close 10 deals, take a weekend away, something like that!

If these do not get rid of distractions, I would add setting an alarm on phone or watch every 30 minutes. This way, you have your goals and plans for the day, and with 30 minute structured check ins, there's no way that you can lose more than 30 minutes without getting back on course. Also, I would note what situations are the main reasons to get distracted and double focus on creating systems to eliminate these distractions. Similarly, look for times and conditions that are most productive and double down on these.

Have a safety plan. The U.S. Department of Labor considers real estate sales and leasing a hazardous occupation. They work with strangers in empty houses! Having actionable expert-led safety practice training means they are empowered to make it home safely every night.
