This can only be validated through on-site supplier evaluations, not just by reviewing documents. Some key points: 1. Every plant should have a supplier approval program and conduct supplier audits or evaluations annually. 2. Ingredients must meet plant specifications, and approval requires a robust process - vehicle inspections, verifying COA against specs, and in-house testing. 3. Vehicle inspections provide insight into the suppliers hygiene and GMP practices. If RM are transported in dirty vehicles, there is a risk of cross-contamination. 4. Conducting training sessions.

All specifications should be quantitative, legimate, meet as per standards requirements provided and must include in COA. Also third party analysis report to be confirmed.
