I agree, establishing credibility is important however in my experience it’s not always been through testimonials and or justifying your work. I won’t say that is not important, it absolutely is however the trust and connection that you build with the client is what goes a long way. Also being transparent about your working methods is key. Another important aspect is not coming from a space of teaching but a space of working together on the journey.

Credibility established in the eyes of people stay longer than any expensive marketing campaign! People want to use something which is credible. Something which gives them the desired output as promised or as per its nature. Through public speaking, we can develop that credibility among people.
