Try once in a while to deal with a similar kind of risk/ issues differently. Your actual growth as a professional and as an individual happens when you start doing things differently. Yes, ‘doing different things’ deepens one’s experience but ‘doing it differently’ widens it. You’ll start noticing , the crux of managing the majority of risks/ issues are pretty similar in nature and follow a trend while you mitigate or control its impact. Remember, as a program manager, you need to pursue the ‘one inch deep - one mile wide’ strategy.
