A 360-degree assessment helps to reaffirm your POV and ensure that you best elicit the proper feedback from other stakeholders to help confirm/reaffirm your suspicions. Don't be afraid to reach out to ask those tough questions. Often times, for the sake of brevity we may find ourselves glossing over the details. However, you more often than not, need all the "figurative" pieces of the jigsaw puzzle to form a cohesive picture.
