Empower your employees through regular training and positive reinforcement of correct behavior. ??? Make sure the training is relevant, outlining potential threats in daily work scenarios. ??? Use real-life examples and case studies to highlight consequences of negligent behavior. ??? Finally, leadership endorsement is important. If leaders model correct behavior, employees are likely to follow suit.
