Normalmente las personas vamos a trabajar motivadas, y con ganas de hacer cosas,….siempre que estemos en el lugar adecuado. El líder no debe encargarse de motivar a las personas , sino de crear un ambiente donde esa motivación de cada uno y sus ganas de emprender proyectos , se vea respaldada por la organización. Y si el líder en algún caso pasa por un mal momento , debería ser capaz de delegar su liderazgo de manera temporal en otra persona del equipo que esté en buen momento. Cuando esté de nuevo al 100%, retomará el liderazgo de calidad que se merece. Creo que si se persiguen estos dos objetivos descritos previamente, las propias personas del equipo (líderes incluidos), serán quienes mantengan a las personas en su mejor versión.

All of them. - always - ALWAYS - protect your team and hold them in high regards; take pride when speaking about them (As an aside: I get emotional and it always brings tears to my eyes when I speak about my team I had in one of my earlier positions - I am SO proud of what we achieved) - prioritize working on the most opinionated persons in the team and make them champions in raising team morale ("the squeaky wheel gets the most grease")

Ich glaube essenziell für die Betrachtung der Teammoral ist es, es gar nicht erst soweit kommen zu lassen, dass diese Teammoral schlecht wird. Warum muss ich einen Punkt erst angehen, wenn es anders nicht mehr geht? Ich kann doch vom Aufbau des Teams an Ma?nahmen implementieren, die für eine tolle Teamatmosph?re und eine starke Moral sorgen. Dann komme ich gar nicht erst in Verlegenheit, dass die Teammoral absinkt. Diese Ma?nahmen lassen sich teilweise ja wiederholen, sodass das Team langfristig voll leistungsf?hig ist.
