Le secret est, pour ma part, de bien préparer sa journée, en vérifiant son chargement (le sens des palettes, en ce qui me concerne car elle sont longues de 3 ou 4 mètres et je les sort au transpalette), son itinéraire car les interdictions aux camions et hauteurs ne sont pas signalées par Google. Il est nécessaire également de vérifier l'accès des destinations inconnues (street view). La surprise est toujours désagréable, voir dangereuse dans ce métier. Mais on ne peut pas tout prévoir, toutefois.
