Recuerden que no se trata de crear algo totalmente nuevo o diferente a lo que se está haciendo la innovación se trata de mejorar desde procesos hasta crear productos hasta entender la necesidades de nuestros clientespara ofrecerles mejores soluciones, pero si queremos una cultura de innovación desde la evaluación de desempe?o, tenemos que reconocer y evaluar esas peque?as mejoras de proceso que nos hacen ser más eficientes

Fomentar la innovación se logra desde la promoción del mismo proceso, por parte del equipo de liderazgo y de los jefes inmediatos. El empoderamiento a la gente para que haga mejoras, para que logre cosas diferentes y para que se arriesgue es fundamental si se quiere una cultura de innovación. Esto solo se alcanza si son los mismos jefes, los que promueven y están dispuestos a que el empleado comete erroresen el proceso de innovar
