1. We all make products with a thought of making the end user happy. IMHO, IA is critical and needs to be done sprint after Sprint in the Release cycles. 2. These days we have many tools available in the market which gives us the necessary data, Segment tracking etc. These need to be experimented with and included in the DoD of a particular User story. 3. Using the metrics, we as engineers can make the right choice in delivering a new feature as per the need of the end-user
