This team specifically can have a huge impact by: - Delivering feedback to management on the different strategic initiatives and their impact on ground. - Guiding employees on the right use of all the different processes and procedures. - Being an important link between all levels of stakeholders.

HR operations are the backbone of an organization. First of all HR ops teams need to understand why we exist in this ecosystem, & the value we can bring to employees. Next: how are we going to achieve this value? For example, what would be our turn around time for dealing with queries (define SLAs); once defined, validate the value that is being provided. How? self accountability through benchmarking with own SLAs; did we meet the SLAs?; and employee feedback through forums focus groups, surveys, discussions. The point is, as HR Ops, identify goals, make them widely known (accountability) do your part well then validate success & ofcourse incorporate any feedback that arises from the validation process to complete the loop.

A culture of trust is from my point of the view the most important part for ongoing feedback loops, 360 feedback and so on. Another thing is making visible that the feedback is considered and having impact.
