How can gamification improve leadership development?

Gamification is an excellent way to help with leadership development, because it opens the door for a multitude of opinions and best practices. One thing that has always helped me is understanding that people do things in different ways, and not only is that okay but that is a GOOD thing! 2+2 = 4, but so does 3+1. Same result, different path. As long as we are all working towards the same end result, there are a lot of ways to get there.

Accept life as a game, and you’ll live more easily. The same goes for everything else, whether it’s a college class or leadership development training. When you perceive them as games, you learn faster and more easily.
