In my very first years as a professional, I was always looking for feedback especially from most advanced peers because they were the people I was working the most. They would share their technical knowledge so then I could apply it and then I would go and learn something else from a different source. On some work-trips I would look for some time with my manager to ask for some tips or feedback so I can improve my performance, and where could I improve as I wanted to be considered for different roles through my career. As I had the chance to visit a lot factories and meet a lot of managers for different projects, I would ask them as well for some feedback about my visit and if they could give me any advice for learning new skills.

Although with age comes wisdom, not everybody is very responsive to those responses. So just sit down and relax, the feedback is for your own good. It means internalise it, check with your deliverables what they are referring to (if any feedback was given regarding to it), talk to other people or even your own parents if the feedback was given on regards on certain aspects of your behaviour. Yet again, we are our own worst mirrors, so validating any feedback is not a bad idea if you feel like doing so. A good feedback highlights the good and the bad. Focus on both, keep doing the good and improve the bad. And a good feedback impulses you to improve and become the best version of you, not to put you down and sink you to the bottom of an overthinking sea
