Me ha servido muchisimo gente del palo que esta relacionada con determinados aplicativos, en recuperación crediticia y banca electrónica por ejemplo, que gracias a ellos pude lograr identificar y comprender los procesos bancarios en relación a sus labores y pude unirlos con mis conocimientos técnicos, ampliando mi abanico de conocimientos para poder brindar un mejor sorporte de los aplicativos bajo mis gestiones.

Reforzando mi comentario sobre identificar jugadores clave, pero esta vez sobre el mismo área, lograr ver a quienes llevan a cabo las mejores prácticas sobre la gestión en la gerencia de sistemas, es lo que me ha permitido crecer. Esto surge del involucramiento con cada parte de la Gerencia, Adminstradores de base de datos, de servidores, otros analistas, implementadores, etc. Comprender como realizan sus gestiones e identificando procesos en común, logrando una comprensión macro de como se integran las partes, sumado a las mejores practicas de cada una de estas, conlleva a mejorar el desempe?o de uno mismo.
