As I experienced, The orientation program is like a first impression for new hires in the organization. It's a key factor in deciding how long they'll stay. If the organization makes a positive introduction, it builds trust and keeps the new employee interested in the organization's vision. However, a poorly executed orientation can lead to disinterest and disengagement, risking the employee's commitment to the organization. In essence, a good orientation program sets the stage for a long-lasting and positive relationship between the employee and the organization.

Right after the employees have gone through the orientation. Also, organizations should keep a milestone of 6 months/12 months depending upon the manpower and do the evaluation.
