Moving to a coaching culture can be challenging for any organisation. There is often a lot of culture, history and ego that prevent the culture getting off the ground. Many leaders will say that they support a coaching culture but in reality are not living it themselves. So a coaching culture can exist in name only. One of the biggest challenges we face in developing coaching cultures is helping the senior managers fully appreciate the transformational impact that a coaching culture can have on an organisation.

The leader decides (or allows) the way employees work long before the employees experience the consequences. Learning how to coach is now an essential leadership skill every owner must master. Führungskr?fte müssen bewerten und einordnen, sie müssen Rahmen setzen und diese auf Einhaltung prüfen. Das tut ein Business Coach nicht. Die Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden ist eine Führungsaufgabe. Hier kann man von Trainer sprechen oder von Berater für die Mitarbeitenden, oft auch als Richtungsgeber. Der Business Coach sorgt für Reflektion und Suche nach dem wahren Antrieb im Inneren. Das kann die Führungskraft nutzen, indem sie den Mitarbeitern die M?glichkeit bietet, mit einem Coach zusammenzuarbeiten. Hier helfen Lerncoaches oder auch systemische Business Coaches.

Skill gap: training and teaching. 2. Behavioral gap: coaching and counseling. 3. Mindset gap: mentoring, advising and guiding. Look at the right feedback approach that is USEFUL to your staff. Then, you could solve the gaps presented by them. I am sure your staff will be more appreciative by your caring gestures because you have paid attention to their dire needs. How to do so effectively? Observe, observe, observe. Give it a go!
