Chatting with Jeff Penta recently, we got into how AI could really shake up project management. From what I see, AI's got a ton of potential to make project scheduling smoother. It can predict delays before they happen by analyzing tons of data on how similar tasks went in the past. Plus, it can suggest the best order to tackle tasks, so everything gets done faster. But even with all this tech, we'll still need Project Managers. They're the ones who understand the team dynamics and can make the final call on what AI suggests. So yeah, AI is going to help a lot with scheduling, but Project Managers aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
