1 Identify the sources of conflict

For every issue the Airline and Airport will have a Standard Operational Procedure SOP. Be it Airline issue or an Airport issue. For instance, if there is an irate passenger who comes to check-in less than 45 minutes he will not be accepted to travel. This is per the SOP. However, if the boarding gate is close by one staff will accompany the the passenger who came late. They will also inform the incharge at the boarding gate through walkie talkie. Albeit, the Pax who reached late will advised never to be late. Thanks

Forbid use of first-person pronouns (I, me, my…) in all oral and written communication as their excessive use in this therapeutic culture demonstrates a ‘preoccupation with self’ )(the opposite of productive/efficient teamwork) amongst those using them that’s causing the conflict in the first place.
