1 AI-based detection

One way to use AI to detect SQL injection attacks is to train a machine learning model to analyze the patterns and anomalies of the user inputs and the SQL queries. The model can learn from historical data, such as normal and malicious inputs and queries, and flag any suspicious or abnormal ones. For example, you can use natural language processing (NLP) to parse and understand the user inputs and compare them with the expected SQL syntax and semantics. 2 AI-based prevention

Another way to use AI to prevent SQL injection attacks is to apply a machine learning model to filter or modify the user inputs or the SQL queries before they reach the database server. The model can act as a firewall or a proxy that intercepts and validates the inputs and queries and blocks or sanitizes any malicious ones. For example, you can use reinforcement learning to train a model to reward or penalize the inputs and queries based on their potential impact on the database. We have developed an approach to automatically transform inside source code potentially "dangerous" statements that are non-prepared, to prepared statements using AI. This works very well, it's press button and integrated with Git to create/commit/push a new branch with the fixed code.
