Centralised financial systems (traditional models) are the bureaucracy of the financial world - slowing down communication, data gathering and decision making. Block-chain, being a highly distributed model adds enormous flexibility, agility and accelerated decision making - especially local. This is obviously fantastic for both: A) Technical factors such as resource allocation, security, support, minimal failure radius and speed B) Financial business factors such as local governance, compliance, decision making, reporting, audit, democratization with peer to peer transaction enablement, etc. Harnessing the power of block-chain involves technological complexity in its current state, which will improve with advancements over time.

My perspective on blockchain in finance - I know decentralization is a big idea now, but ultimately, this can become part of the centralized system, as the government may even adopt it to open a new currency. - This can provide a cheaper international transfer in a fast and cost-effective manner. This is already happening, but the scale will be much higher, step by step. - Still, the government will find a way to regulate this to avoid money laundering and even will adjust the present law completely.

AI especially, going beyond technology and into ethical factors. 2) Compliance From many dimensions, legal, financial security and data privacy compliance are still huge factors, especially due to very location-specific financial governance systems. This can lead to hard problems in dispute management, at private and public transactional levels.

The ad finance industry does not create a specific value by creating a product, so in the next 10 - 20 years, we will see AI-automated bank apps without physical branches. - Now we already know the platform vanguard that does automated investment decisions, with the inclusion of AI that will go much even more advanced

ML for example, can be adopted with much greater confidence for pattern recognition - but AI - even Generative AI, for example, can "hallucinate" and spit out garbage, which is scary, from my real time experience. Financial AI will create new, unprecedented kinds of pain for institutions and industry before it stabilizes.
