As a manager: Being able to communicate with different teams, from your own team to club managers, and equipment personel. Making your goals and intentions clear to all. it's in everything you do

Which is what adaptability is - the conditions in which you are working change, and you change with them. It is evolutionary. You either learn to adapt or you die out, and not just creatively. You try different approaches - which is exactly what scientists and other thinkers do - consider multiple avenues that hopefully lead to results. Some don't work and you discarde them, others show promise and you keep at them.

On top of that, personal brand is a benefit to both yourself and your team/company, so your creative approaches and style should constantly be adapting as you grow. A grave issue with us creatives is that we consider all the outputs as their 'baby' and are eager to add it in to our portfolio. And this is because we our passion as our profession. It really helped me when I took me out of the equation and simply started delivering what clients wanted. I had to remind me that my audience is the client, and not their audience. My job is to get them what they need with the supreme quality that I could produce and simply step back.
