One of the ways of learning is observational learning. In this method, people try to adjust their behavior with the actions of others (mostly) unconsciously and in different situations due to their basic need to "belong" and "social life". Of course, the real power of observational learning comes from activating and making this process known in the individual. For this purpose, pay attention to the details and if possible, take notes. Just observing is not enough, practice what you observed several times until the complete learning stage, and do this cycle for each subject. What methods does your boss use to identify the problem and solve it? What tools does he/she use to analyze problems?
