In my experience, completely agree why continuous support is required? - Nourish to Flourish .. Continuous support is a supplement to Top performers or Above Average Performers , that build them strong internally Repair them which leads to increase their productivity that curate them to deliver beyond their potential and outstanding performance - Below are the ways - 1. Continuous guidance time to time. 2. Giving Constructive Feedback for the improvement 3. Trust them 4. Complete visibility why they are important to achieve company goals and adding value to the organization.
