Existen a mi forma de verlo solo una manera de dar retroalimentacion y es basado en el cimiento de la humildad y el respeto, mas alla que podamos diferir en la manera de ver la misma situacion, es oportuno entender y aceptar lo demas. Si uno esta en una posicion de liderazgo, no aplica a jefes, la retroalimentacion a subalternos debe ser de manera constructiva para el negocio o responsabilidades, entendiendo las variables personales del empleado, en caso de que nos den retroalimentacion ser humildes en escuchar y de ser necesario aprender, todo suma en el mundo corporativo. Empoderar es sobre todo no temer al los logros de un equipo, siempre esperando y tratando de alcanzar lo positivo

En uno de mis trabajos debia realizar KPI′s a los empleados subalternos, lo que a mi me servia era realizarlo desde mi evaluacion objetiva del empleado, y fomentando la autoevaluacion del mismo. De esta manera lograba que ellos puedan ver sus fortalezas, debilidades en su ambiente laboral, e incluso una posible aplicacion a su vida personal.

El dialogo abierto en el mundo corporativo es esencial, pero en los equipos es una obligación de lograr, el trabajo con personas nos lleva a entender que tenemos que abarcar variables que son mas alla de todo numero que podamos tener, en un chart de avances, en un KPI′s, no aparecen, emociones, problemas personales, problemas entre compa?eros, nadie esta exento de esto, a pesar que no debería en muchos casos afectar rendimientos, en mi experiencia siempre impacta, el dialogo abierto nos prepara para prevenir a cuando debamos actuar tener la información necesaria para tomar la mejor opción posible
