The objective of every business enterprise is aimed towards human well being. Given that condition, the CSR wing of that Company should ensure that the Targets are well communicated to the people who could execute them with passion and grit. In todays world, CSR activities are measurable.If the business enterprise is alloting say 0.5% of their profit towards CSR activities and 35% of that is utilised for Salaries and wages with the help of vounteering, we can ask for a bonus for that year. In my opinion, I am against a salary raise in a CSR activity. Bonus with additional perks is a good option than salary raise. When you enter the CSR wing your salary is fixed, thereafter it should be bonus plus perks each year.
