You have to define goals, each members os the team have to know what tasks they are in charge os, make the team talk more, encourage them to talk their opinion, be open to dialogue, you must define clear measurable goals alignedwith the organization¨s quality objectives. Create a benchmark, but don¨t stop making the team talking their opinion about all the áreas , durinh the project. What do you think about it!? Do you have anything else to share, Linkedin!?

It is important to define in the beginning the objectives we are seeking which are to be SMART and communicate to all relevant teams. then identify the benchmark and compare it with what is in progress to measure the gap and find ways to enhance it. crystal clear, discipline, and focus are all behaviors that will lead to mitigating risks.

During these meetings, we can use many RCA analysis techniques (5 Whys, 6W2H, Fishbone, 8D..) while engaging different workers to find the gap and then put the actions time framed to close it.

fostering quality values ( zero defects, eliminating from the first time, quality is everyone's responsibility..etc) and cultivating it with training, communicating, and spreading quality awareness posters everywhere on the shop floor shall strengthen the organization's ability to manage and mitigate quality-related risks effectively.
