Problem with this is that when bots are used, it becomes impersonal and doesn't give the feedback any value and can be just used as gathering stats. You need to be able to discern the meanings behind the feedback and how it can be used to bring real value to pilot projects, existing projects or changes that need PoC ( proof of concept ). Or even on internet/ intranet sites or other systems that require fine tuning.

VCs are important to engage people into getting involved and really contributing to meetings and conferences that have interesting content. Respect is needed so one person speaks and when they're finished then another speaks and so on. If this isn't the case then there is anarchy and really not get a good flow going to discuss the meeting content to its fullest and promote further discussion and build upon its strength of subject to encourage additional meetings or air them in other countries that have similar issues.

The content that you are presenting make it fun and interesting for the people concerned.You more likely to engage with different people that way..Too many VC meetings I have been in the presenter drones on, I turn off after 45 mins..Always do a trial run before the actual VC meeting.This gives time to compose yourself and work out any technical problems with the VC kit..
