I’ve found it helpful to pick one piece of feedback that’s consistent and make that my focus for the next three months through 1 specific change or adjustment. For example- from feedback I was told to slow down and check things over before submission- I had a tendency to rush and miss minor details. Knowing that would be my focus, my rule for the next three months was to only submit something the day after I finished it. If I finished an item to submit on Tuesday, I would save it and review it Wednesday morning before submitting.
