Firstly, it's okay to fail. Learning from failure is important; failing is absolutely okay. "Fail fast, learn fast" is the mantra. This is crucial to foster a culture of experimentation and fearlessness. Secondly, it's important to get back up and going, like in the recent Rover Feeder video.
