In the automotive industry, most of the organisation follows hierarchy in a very strict manner which we generally do not see in the IT industry. So, the first thing to do is understand the protocols, observe your surroundings. Understand the mood of the team and the person in the organisation. do participation in the events, team bonding activities because this is the opportunity to understand the people from inside and their views. The most important thing is don't compare the current organization culture with your previous organisation as each organisation follows their own rules.
