There is no such thing called failure, I always remember Thomas Edison, when he discovered electricity after thousand trails. he stated that now i knew thousand of ways will not lead to electricity but it will lead to something else.

Remember when you learned how to walk? Probably not, but let me tell you: it didn't happen because you punished yourself for every fall. We learn to walk because we stand back up. We learn to run because our excitement about getting to the slide overpowers the fear we'll skin our knee. We learn to talk because we aren't ashamed of our two-word sentences. We learn to read because we practice, over and over again, that T-H makes a "th" sound. We *know* we'll learn eventually. We don't watch the clock; we practice the next sound, and the next, until we can read. As kids, we *know* our success is inevitable. Adopt this failure-free mindset as an adult, and you'll start the business. Quit the job. Take the leap. Your success is inevitable.

Failure is part of the feedback loop you desire in your creative problem solving processes, so embrace learning from this failure that enables to adapt a process accordingly.

One thing that I have learned from my experience is that the turning point at which I managed to turn failure into personal and professional growth was to first disassociate from the situation, creating a difference between me and the problem. It is important to remove all the guilt and blame in order to look at the setbacks and their origins from an objective point of view. During the exercise, I try as much as possible to avoid the "should have" stance as this brings back the blame and regret but rather focus on objectively turning around the situation at hand with better strategies learned from the failure.

The lessons learned element of failure is fundamental. Without this we can never fully understand the true reason behind why it has failed.

A failure creates an opportunity to learning. In any field it is the failures that will teach lessons towards success. If we are working on any automation, the success of the project depends on the failures we analyze.

Adaptation and Re doing is the key. Creative problems solving is going out of the ordinary to solve the existing problem. Being able to think on our feet and stay up to date is the most beautiful part of creative solving. Especially, when we arrive at the results and see that we've journeyed through unfamiliar paths to find this result.
