I don't love failure; I don't think anybody does. So, I think first of all it's important to accept the fact that the occasional failure is inevitable, and it's kind of the cost of putting yourself out there. Not everything is going to go your way all the time. Speaking of time, I think sometimes it's hard to address the failure immediately. It may be wiser to allow a little time to pass so that you can revisit the issues more objectively and productively. Once you do decide to do that, I would identify which factors that contributed to the failure were within your control, and which were outside of it. Focus on improving the ones that were within your control, and set aside those which you had no agency over.

Many failed to do it, some are not consistent, I know its hard to to do thing on same time everyday no matter what things come up but in the end of the day, what matters?
