Pour travailler dans ce secteur, il est notamment nécessaire d'avoir des qualités telles que l'adaptabilité (le secteur est en évolution constante), la capacité à gérer des projets transversaux, un bon relationnel car la RSE nécessite de travailler avec toutes les parties prenantes de l'entreprise et toutes les directions. Deux autres compétences sont essentielles : -Le leadership pour embarquer tout le monde dans le projet. -La capacité à "penser global" pour aligner RSE avec stratégie d'entreprise, business et valeurs.

Quelques suggestions pour apprendre la RSE : 1/ Se familiariser avec la norme ISO 26000 qui est la norme de référence internationale en matière de RSE. 99 pays ont travaillé à son élaboration pendant 5 ans. Elle propose des lignes directrices pour mener une démarche RSE. 2/ Assister à des webinaires et des évènements lors desquels les professionnels de la RSE évoquent de manière concrète les sujets sociaux, sociétaux et environnementaux, et leur manière de les mettre en ?uvre au sein de leur entreprise. 3/ écouter des podcasts mettant en avant des bonnes pratiques et des témoignages de directeurs/directrices de la RSE. 4/ Faire des stages en entreprise et pratiquer car rien ne remplace l'action et la réalisation d'actions concrètes !

Don't be shy as those who are - simply don't get there. You must highlight your value, outspoken about your professional image and its potential positive impact onto CSR initiatives and projects. A great way to build your practical experience on the job is pro-bono consulting. Use your skills to add to a social enterprises mission or to complete a project with them. Pro-bono allows you to shift your perspective and you get to experience different enterprises/projects too which can be really powerful. At my company, we do Social Sabbaticals where teams come together outside their home market to deliver pro-bono together for a fixed period of time (6-8 weeks). The experience gained is invaluable!

To successfully transition to the CSR field I can recommend you finding entry-level opportunities such as side projects/internships/work experience/apprenticeships that will enable you to learn about CSR at your own pace and to the standard that is set-up by the organisation(s) you wish to support. To gain experience in the field of CSR you need to be aware of the key actors involved in this field and the potential growth routes that you could possibly explore - whether it is through the entry-level experiences, or within your organisation you are at. Reach out to the key teams working on the CSR initiatives, enquire within, show them your passion for the CSR topic, and get involved. This field is rewarding and full of growth possibilities!

Building a CSR mindset can apply everywhere. In your job as well as in your daily, private life. And in NGO commitments too. So pick up whichever CSR experiments make you feel thrilled, and go for it ! Whether it is eating less read meat at home, supporting a great environmental or societal NGO with your talents, or helping your company switch to a greener energy provider. What matters is to broaden your view every day, to keep on learning continuously (as it is often hard to tell if an action is useful or not: listen to Jean-Marc Jancovici for instance). There are so many bright initiatives everywhere, to get inspiration from.

Muchas veces no queremos ser partícipes solo por el hecho de que no se quiere hacer más para lo que se fue contratado o eso no me corresponde. A mi me ha resultado útil hacer pensar al equipo que los proyectos y desarrollos son de todos y si potenciamos el éxito de la compa?ía vamos a tener más oportunidades de crecimiento. En realidad no estoy de acuerdo con el pensamiento de eso no es mi labor yo por que tengo que hacer eso, esto genera que el resto del equipo también de un paso atrás cuando se involucran en nuevas etapas. Algo que siempre se ha visto es la no unión entre las áreas y esto debe cambiar, siempre prensemos en que seguimos seguir creciendo y esto solo pasa si la compa?ía crece.

I am interested in updating resume topic, remember nowadays, our resume is not a piece of paper anymore. Our social media, our posts, and our behavior are resumes. Based on my experience, what you need to know is CSR is a huge world but few people, so when you do great they will notice you. One of the best access to understand the CSR program is by joining the UN Global Compact, they have a lot of programs that could help you to understand more about CSR, about sustainability, and how to face it. CSR is not about how corporations can gain money or CSR is part of marketing strategy, it is about how the business impacts the world especially where they operate. :)

This is your selling card which cannot be ignored when you job hunt for the CSR-related roles and shall be developed to the full capacity and as to showcase your true intention to transitioning into one, or more of its sub-fields. Je pense qu'il faut nécessairement corréler l'expérience acquise en communication, leadership, négociation, qualités rédactionnelles... aux compétences requises en matière de RSE.

Esto me lo encuentro mucho en la entrevista y es que la gente no pone sus logros u objetivos cumplidos por qué piensan que no son suficientemente potentes. Cuando valido el currículum de algún antes de validar si lo llamamos al siente pasó valido y a participado en proyectos en la compa?ía y muchas veces no colocan nada. En realidad no estoy de acuerdo no colocar nada, debemos mostrar todo que en el primer filtro el seleccionador se interese por nuestro currículum. Al final cuando pasa la entrevista me cuentas muchos de sus proyectos realizados cuando nunca los coloco en su currículum y lo puede haber descartado por ello.

Este punto me encanta por qué siempre que tenemos una entrevista nos ponemos nerviosos dado que en algunos casos las entrevistas siguen siendo a la antigua con las mismas preguntas rutinarias. A mi me a resultado útil decir quien y como soy en realidad, tratando de convertir la entrevista en algo más amigable para las partes. En realidad las entrevistas también te hacen ver que puedes tener a mejorar cuando buscas nuevas alternativas u oportunidades.

Interviews are key i completely agree! Keep an open script, the person you are talking to may know more than you. If you reach a topic that you did not anticipate but is relevant, ask more! I did interviews with closed scripts which were far less educational for me

Therefore, when evaluating the possibilities of moving into the field of CSR, think about how ready you are to immerse yourself in the community and their problems from an emotional point of view.

1. Remain humble, always :) Lecturing others often fails. Try & inspire commitment instead. 2. A good way to do so is to start by yourself : add a CSR perspective to your existing job and look for "the big picture" systematically. Look for "a systemic, broader perspective". In other words, look at your business and search for ways, within your reach, to connect with your ecosystem (suppliers, customers, third parties), whenever it makes sense. For instance, if you're managing private children day care centers, look for NGOs in the childhood space around you, which your company can support - even through small 1000 $ annual tickets. In the long run, this builds up a very strong, meaningful, consistent company. 3. Track & measure results

Csr is all about transitioning from simple profit based business approach to more empathetic approach for stakeholders... It requires motivation, commitment to educate oneself and stakeholders for need to implement csr initiatives and continuous improvement to stay up to date with latest technologies that create positive impact on society.
