To minimize this, be intentional with your communication, adjusting to your audience characteristics and audience size. For example, do you need a feedback framework for projects? Or if you have a framework, is everyone trained on it? And who is expected to provide feedback vs not? Be open and communicative about your communication process and communication expectations so that everyone can be on the same page.

Once you understand what activities map to what goals, it should be easier to focus on your true priorities.

Identify the appropriate amount of ownership and autonomy for that role and person and apply it. Communicate what this ownership and autonomy is to that person and how you will hold each other accountable for your respective areas. Encourage a growth mindset, and provide avenues, if possible, for their growth.
