Lo que me funcionó muy bien es a?adir a lo anterior la etapa (llamada catch ball) donde el equipo hace un reconocimiento del plan de objetivos estratégicos del nivel superior y realimenta el proceso de alineación con feedback real basado en aspectos tácticos, desde su posición, para así tratar todos los temas de alineación, priorización y asignación de recursos necesarios para llevar a cabo el plan.
