After building the operational cadence that sees you consistently "exceeding" standards set about for your role, a sit-down session with your manager concerning compensation, whether fixed or variable, should be the easiest thing :)

Il ne faut surtout pas être rigide dans sa posture d'obtenir nécessairement une augmentation de salaire. Même si les justifications sur vos réalisations ou compétences sont impressionnantes. Il ne faut pas oublier que l'entreprise est la seule décisionnaire dans cette négociation. Elle peut choisir de ne pas répondre favorablement dans l'immédiat. Dans ce cas, j'ai eu à faire des propositions alternatives qui sont en nature : des formations professionnelles et un bureau qui pourra me permettre d'être plus efficace en optimisant mon temps de travail. Ce qui a marché. Après, il faut bien interroger son employeur au sujet des items majeurs sur lesquels il souhaiterait vous évaluer pour une réponse positive à une autre occasion.

Then you need competitor analysis, not as a threat but again your value to your boss. Then, outline your thoughts on your targets and key accounts discussion.
