I don't know why it always recommend these two certs. Look, CISSP is only useful for people who have 5+ years of cyber experience. Those years are required to even get the cert. CEH meanwhile is only good if you want to do something in the DoD. It lacks hands on experience. Your top cert should be Sec+ when transitioning. Additionally, you should focus on certifications and trainings that get you hands on and technical. None of these certs (not even Sec+ are hands on). Focus on developing a technical niche.

People oriented towards technical jobs should aim for practical certifications such as Offsec, CyberDefenders or GIAC. Las certificaciones son documentos que básicamente avalan tu conocimiento en ciberseguridad, es aquello que te diferencia de un posible charlatán (script kiddie), son super importantes para un ambiente corporativo y para cotizarse de forma correcta en un mundo laboral y corporativo. Hay un dicho que siempre recordaré que dice así: "no todo el que tiene un certificado sabe y no todo el que sabe tiene un certificado" hay que hacer un equilibrio entre obtener un certificado y obtener experiencia y conocimiento para poder adaptarse al mundo laboral actual.

Everyone I know in cybersecurity has transitioned from another area. When I started in IT, "cybersecurity" didn't exist. Cybersecurity professionals are required to apply their knowledge from earlier in their career to solving cybersecurity issues now. In another 10 years the cybersecurity landscape will be completely different again. Take comfort that we are all transitioning to a career in Cybersecurity as it constantly involves.

Be focus on your goals, make/implement any policy after getting proper understanding of the scenario/business. Trust yourself, accept your mistake. And always "Learn To Earn", earn respect, earn wealth, earn recognition etc.
