Remember the bigger vision is the bigger victory. The most people do it together also will boost team, donors and beneficiary, act to make better world. Be specific in your expertise area, be the best in your field, hear Albert Einstein said "Everybody is a Genius. But If You Judge a Fish by Its Ability to Climb a Tree, It Will Live Its Whole Life Believing that It is Stupid", be specific in your field, in your community.

However, it is not used the way it should be and not mandated by leadership. The only way to optimize relationships is through systems. The burnout of fundraisers is at an all-time high. One contributing factor is organizationally leadership does not use the systems causing for unnecessary meetings and emails to get data. Don’t get me wrong, personal touch is needed at all fundraising… But systems play a huge role in the dosaging that a donor needs in order to make a decision and renew that decision.

Use zoom meetings to connect world wide. Use AI noted message during meetings. Our goal is to simplify and connected everyone in team, do same purpose and function, to reach goal. Avoid repetitive task, by use AI robotic, and AI programmer to design, even thought it has some idea, we need to carefully select it and apply with heart. Its mean discern good and evil, and do good. Select which tools and result benefit everyone, not lead to destruction, but to life to preserve earth, environment, to make easy for everyone, to build better, to encourage each one another.

Delegation is mentoring, as mentor and discipleship we can train our team by delegate them to the experience task. Like our experience, program Lampost (activity to give food to the homeless), we have over 20 people , we use car, we delegate by divide into 3 teams, and each one has leader, to serve people and make better world. Youth, young delegation, I met with young delegation at World Bank and IMF annual meetings, they are excited and represent of organization, The organization increase and build stronger team, we invest on the young generation. Human span of life is 120 year max, some over 80, 90, some even die young due to circumstance, in order to have long lasting legacy impact , we train young generations and delegate them.

As I mentioned before delegating is part of mentoring. We also monitor the delegates, communicate them, when send them to overseas. Like the case ministry on Cambodia, we keep monitoring them. The Pakistan project, we reach the orphans on the Pakistan, and there are person in charge, we also received report, we pray, and support. They are facing lots of difficulties, we also mentoring them, give support, encouragement and donation. The monitoring process can use facebook, whats app, social media, see what they do, how they face challenges and how we help them. To reinforce culture of trust and accountability, we need to give them freedom, open, transparency, while monitoring them, give advice, and solve the problem of their community.

Agility VS Rigidity Not only at an operational level, but also emotionally, being agile helps resolve issues, save time and actually do more. We need to be more agile as individuals in the workplace, but also as a team, and as an organisation. Here are a few hints to achieve it : - Ask for anonymous feedback from each member of your team, putting emphasis on what they wish to see in the future, - Trust your team by giving them responsabilities and not micro managing, - Reassess in a collective way on a regular basis the situation and adjust goals and procedures accordingly, - As a manager, be a helper and a provider for your team, ask them frequently how you can help them, and what they need from you to succeed,
