It is in the practice of self-reflection that we examine our assumptions, our beliefs and all our knowledge and at the same time create important connections between the pieces of information stored in our brains, which until then didn't seem possible. It may seem counter-productive to set aside some time in your day for reflection rather than for management or decision-making tasks. Not taking this time, however, makes your mind suffer, as well as your thoughts.
