In my experience it is paramount to calm your nerves and you can start by taking deep breadths to reduce stress levels. I use this method regularly when ever l feel overwhelmed and tense. I can also rise from my seat and take a walk while my mind takes a break from the hustle of thinking. Readying myself to tackle the challenge with a focused mindset.
